I enter this covenant as a man who understands that transformation is not an event — it is a daily decision. I am not here to consume content. I am here to be changed.
I covenant before God and this brotherhood to pursue the four pillars of the Kingdom Man Collective journey — Identity, Discipline, Leadership, and Legacy — not as a program to complete, but as a life to be built.
I.
I will pursue Identity with honesty. I will confront the false foundations I have built my life on and rebuild on the only foundation that holds — who God says I am. I will not rush past the uncomfortable truth in order to reach a more flattering one.
II.
I will pursue Discipline with consistency. I will build the holy habits — prayer, the Word, fasting, faithfulness — not because I feel like it, but because the man I am becoming requires them. I will show up on the days I do not feel strong.
III.
I will pursue Leadership with humility. I will lead my family, my workplace, and my community not from a position of power but from a posture of service. I will be accountable for the influence I have been given.
IV.
I will pursue Legacy with intention. I will invest in what outlasts me — the next generation, the Kingdom, and the men around me who need a brother willing to stay. I will not build for comfort. I will build for impact.
V.
I will be accountable. I will check in honestly, engage my mentor, and not disappear when the journey gets hard. I understand that my consistency or my absence has weight — not just for me, but for the brothers who are watching.
I sign this covenant not because I am already the man it describes, but because I am committed to becoming him — one day, one decision, one milestone at a time.
