Platform Terms of Use

Definitions

"Platform" means the Kingdom Man Collective digital platform, including all web-based tools, dashboards, curriculum, content, and services accessible through app.kingdommancollective.com.

"Member" means any individual who has registered for a KMC subscription tier.

"Pastoral User" means any pastor, campus leader, or church administrator who accesses the Platform through a church-level or multi-user subscription.

"Content" means all text, video, audio, graphics, curriculum materials, devotionals, discipleship resources, code, and design elements made available through the Platform.

"KMC" refers to Kingdom Man Collective, its founder, team, and authorized representatives.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify KMC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. KMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payment

3.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected
• Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize KMC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by KMC

3.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• KMC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice

Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All Content on the KMC Platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Kingdom Man Collective and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

4.1 What You May Not Do

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any KMC Content without prior written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, design, or structure of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any KMC Content or curriculum
• Screen-record, screenshot, or capture Platform Content for distribution outside the Platform
• Use KMC Content to create derivative works, competing products, or services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any Content

4.2 Limited License

KMC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal discipleship, spiritual growth, or — in the case of Pastoral Users — for use within your local church community as permitted by your subscription tier.

4.3 Pastoral Use Restrictions

• Content may be used within the subscribing church's congregation only
• Content may not be shared with other churches, ministries, or organizations without written authorization from KMC
• Pastoral dashboard data, member progress, and analytics are for internal ministry use only and may not be exported, sold, or shared externally

Data Privacy & Church Data Protection

5.1 Data We Collect

• Account information (name, email, church affiliation)
• Subscription and payment data (processed securely through Stripe)
• Platform usage and discipleship progress data
• Communications submitted through the Platform

5.2 How We Use Your Data

• To deliver and improve Platform services
• To provide Pastoral Users with discipleship progress visibility for their congregation
• To send service-related communications and, with consent, ministry updates
• KMC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties

5.3 Pastoral Dashboard & Member Data

• Member discipleship data is shared within the church's subscription for ministry purposes only
• Pastoral Users are responsible for using member data in a manner consistent with their church's own privacy policies
• KMC is not liable for how Pastoral Users handle member data within their own ministry context

Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing the Platform you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with the Platform's security, integrity, or performance
• Impersonate KMC, its staff, or any other user

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The KMC Platform and its Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KMC does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of ministry opportunity.

Termination

KMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that KMC determines violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, KMC, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

KMC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
